the unemployed. Bring the ratio of job offers to seekers to 1:1 by
the
increase and decrease of pay amount. The pay amount is to be the
same for
all.
There are differences in the degree of financial distress among the
unemployed. This plan would be more reasonable and fair than work
sharing,
and could be effective.
